What data we collect

When you submit a callback request through this website, we collect:

• Your email address (optional)
• Your county (optional)
• The pergola size you're interested in (optional)

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we may also retain the content of that conversation in our records.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry — typically by phoning or emailing you back — and to manage any pergola sale that follows.

Legal basis

We rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where you become a customer, we also rely on Article 6(1)(c) for processing required to comply with tax and legal obligations.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a customer, we delete your enquiry data within 24 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you request deletion.

If you become a customer, we retain order and warranty records for 7 years to meet Irish tax and consumer law obligations.

• Mailgun — sends the auto-reply email you may receive after submitting a form
